O TCC apresenta o livro "2011, Praça Mauá", onde no mesmo é ilustrada a palavras e imagens a Praça Mauá naquela época com objetivo de observar o quão mutável é o espaço e saber um pouco também do que é e do que pode ser aquele espaço. No TFG pode ser encontrado as estruturas de grid, medidas usadas na estrutura do livro, famílias tipográficas e spreads do livro.
