Esta pesquisa pretende analisar o universo das imagens técnicas, produzidas por câmeras analógicas, digitais, celulares, ou qualquer outro meio tecnológico, e como estas materialidades se relacionam com o mundo ao passar do tempo. A partir de um contato cotidiano com o Shopping Chão, proponho uma reflexão sobre os usos e sentidos atribuídos aos registros, em diversas mídias, encontradas pelos vendedores de rua, assim como, sobre o destino das imagens na sociedade contemporânea. Além de analisar as imagens em si, busco refletir sobre o contexto em que as mesmas se inserem e as relações que estabelecem com o mundo. Neste sentido, a própria prática desses vendedores que coletam coisas – e imagens – para vender no comércio informal se torna objeto de estudo desta pesquisa.

This research aims to analyze the universe of technical images, produced by analog or digital cameras, cell phones or any other technological means, and how these materialities relate to the world over time. Based on daily contact with Shopping Chão, I propose a reflection on the uses and meanings attributed to the records, in various media, found by street vendors, as well as on the fate of images in contemporary society. In addition to analyzing the images themselves, I seek to reflect on the context in which they are inserted and the relationships they establish with the world. In this sense, the very practice of these vendors who collect things - and images - to sell in informal commerce becomes the object of study in this research.
