DesEduca (Design and Education Laboratory) took a different approach by thinking of the book as a snapshot of the group in motion. Organised by professors and researchers Barbara Necyk, Bianca Martins and Ricardo Artur Pereira Carvalho, it is a collective work by members of the laboratory, bringing together interests, questions, discussions and research. Given the size of the lab, which in addition to ESDI/UERJ faculty and students, has partners from UFF, UTFPR, UFPE, UFPA and ESPM-Rio, the coordinators opted for a selection like a survey, following well-defined methods in three stages: survey, organisation and selection, using the card sorting tool, the texts were classified into 3 thematic axes: learning by designing; learning by questioning; pedagogical strategies.
