Design, management and innovation
This line of research focuses on innovation and services, investigations into ways of managing knowledge and decision-making processes. Research in this line also deals with new organisational arrangements for production processes and the provision of services and their relationship with new materials, in dialogue with related fields such as socio-environmental design and digital technologies.
