(KASTRUP, 2001) Diante disso, como atuar coletivamente no território em questão acompanhando, mapeando e potencializando ações locais que disputam o sentido e o significado dos espaços urbanos largamente hegemonizados por interesses capitalistas na região central, do Rio de Janeiro?
