Este projeto consiste no desenvolvimento de uma estrutura para funcionários e passageiros que utilizam os pontos finais de ônibus do Rio de Janeiro, com o objetivo de humanizar as condições impostas nos locais finais e iniciais de embarque e desembarque. A pesquisa para o projeto foi realizada em duas etapas: a primeira foi feita em campo com o objetivo de identificar as principais necessidades da população que utiliza o transporte público, através de entrevistas com funcionários e passageiros, também houve a observação estrutural e funcional do sistema de ônibus para poder identificar suas principais falhas e possibilidades para a melhora através do projeto. A segunda etapa foi a análise dos resultados da primeira etapa com os temas mais recorrentes na pesquisa para definir o foco do projeto.

This project consists in the development of a structure for employees and passengers who use the final bus stops in Rio de Janeiro, with the objective of humanizing the conditions imposed at the final and initial boarding and disembarking locations.The research for the project was done in two stages: the first was done in the field with the objective of identifying the main needs of the population that uses public transportation, through interviews with employees and passengers, there was also a structural and functional observation of the bus system to identify its main flaws and possibilities for improvement through the project. The second step was the analysis of the results of the first step with the most recurrent themes in the research to define the focus of the project.
