Compartilhaê: a plataforma de serviços da favela
This project consisted in the development of a service platform for a community in Rio de Janeiro. From field studies, interviews, and research focused on the behavior of the community members, the need arose to develop a tool with the objective of mitigating the accumulation of large garbage within the community, improving the personal relationships of the residents and promoting the recognition of local services. To this end, an online service platform was designed for the residents, with options to advertise and buy products, and search for and register services. For the development of the work, questionnaires were conducted with the residents, interviews in the form of conversations, and a collaborative workshop in the slum. Graphic elements were also used to compose the layout, taken from shapes and colors of the community in question. The platform has a fixed extension, present in some mapped points of greater flux of people, inside the slum. It acts as a channel of recognition and approximation of the residents and brings as an important consequence the reduction of waste at disposal points, through the buying and selling of products and offering services from within the community.
