A pesquisa objetiva o estudo e a análise da produção de mobiliário no Brasil, entendo sua prática como pertencente ao design de produto, analisando como essa produção iniciou-se no país, e discorrendo sobre a importância dela para nosso fortalecimento enquanto designers no âmbito nacional e internacional. Através do estudo bibliográfico, buscou-se fundamentos históricos e analíticos para respaldar o ponto de vista do autor desse projeto, além de servir de base fundamental para a presente análise. A pesquisa foi ilustrada para auxiliar o leitor na jornada pelo conteúdo. Por fim, utilizando ferramentas e softwares digitais, foi realizada o processo de escritura da presente pesquisa, procurando sempre melhorá-la. The object of the research is to study and analyze the production of furniture in Brazil, understanding it’s practice as one belonging to product design, and analysing how this production started in the country, discoursing about it’s importance to our strengthening as designers nationally and internationally. Through the literature study, historical and analytical foundations were sought as means to back up the point of view of the author of this project, as well as serving as basis to for the presente analysis. The research was illustrated in order to assist the reader’s journey through the content. Finally, the present research was written with the assistance of digital tools and softwares, always looking for ways to improve it.
